This 8 week course includes one weekly group video call using Zoom, one individual 15 minute weekly coaching session with Karen Smith, RD or Dr. Bryanne Robson, access to a closed Facebook group to share progress, resources, and tips to help you create a food and movement plan to meet your goals with consistent progress.
